Hemp Cabbage Slaw:
Makes: Enough for 2
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: None, chill before serving is recommanded
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp maple syrup
3 cups red and green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup red and yellow peppers, chopped
1/3 cup Hemp SoftCenters
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 carrot, peeled, julienne with vegetable peeler
Directions:
Combine Hemp Seed Oil, vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl.Whisk together. Toss with remaining ingredients.
