3 Large Carrots
1 Med Beet
3 Stalks Celery, or 1 Med Celery Root
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Hemp Seed Oil
2 – 4 tbsp Hemp Soft Centers to Taste
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1. Using your tool of choice, grate the vegetables and mix together in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl juice the lemon and whisk in the honey. Then slowly whisk in both the olive oil and the hemp oil.
3. Mix the dressing into the vegetables along with the hemp seeds, salt and pepper.
